An upper trough will lift well off to the northeast through Sunday as an upper ridge builds across the Ohio Valley. A dry northeast flow will prevail through midweek as TD 9 moves northward off southeast Atlantic coast. This will maintain dry conditions through Wednesday. Global models indicate an upper trough/upper low developing across the area late in the week with small rain chances returning to mainly southern portions of the area Thursday into Friday. High temps will be in the upper 80s to around 90 through Wednesday before cooling into the low to mid 80s Thursday into Friday. /13
